Emily Hastings was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

She has been a professional artist and photographer for over ten years.

She's studied drawing, acrylic and oil painting, ceramics and photography.

She's had her photography exhibited in numerous locations, including:

San Luis Obispo Museum of Art- Two individual shows entitled “New Visions” and “It’s All About The Light” 

 

KGB Gallery in Los Angeles- “Mask- An Unveiling of Identities” 

 

San Diego Art Institute- “The Dead Are Not Quiet” 

 

Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana- “Chaos Theory” 

 

Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach- “Lens-flare”

Her mixed media sculpture has been exhibited internationally in France, The Netherlands and Belgium.
